How to use
For best results, marinate your pork overnight.
  1. Prepare the meat: For traditional galbi, use thinly sliced pork ribs. The ratio is approximately 23g of marinade for every 100g of meat.
  2. Marinate: Mix the marinade and pork together, ensuring the meat is evenly coated.
  3. Refrigerate: Let the meat marinate for at least one hour. For deeper flavor and more tender meat, refrigerate for 8 hours or longer, preferably overnight.
  4. Cook: Grill the marinated pork over medium-high heat until caramelized and cooked through. It can also be cooked in a skillet or baked in the oven.
  5. Serve: Garnish with chopped green onions or toasted sesame seeds. Serve with rice, kimchi, and lettuce wraps for an authentic Korean BBQ meal.
